About Architech

We help organisations make technology change work.

Architech is a technology partner based in Zagreb, Croatia. We work with organisations on IT strategy, architecture, transformation and delivery, alongside the people who carry the change. We also build our own product, the Archy AI Platform.

Our story

Built on the work of making change survivable.

Our work is architecture, digital and technical transformation, and delivery. We help organisations decide where technology should take them, design systems that can get them there, and work with their teams until it happens.

Our experience includes banking and payments, where reliability, regulation and customer needs all matter, and where change has to happen without stopping the business.

Across engagements, we kept seeing teams struggle in the same places. Transparency got lost. Communication between teams and stakeholders broke down. Writing user stories, composing backlogs and tracking progress took far more effort than it should.

That led us to build software of our own. It started as an AI assistant for Jira and grew into the Archy AI Platform, a product we now build and sell separately from our services. Building it keeps us close to the same delivery and architecture problems our clients face.

Our product

We build the Archy AI Platform.

The Archy AI Platform lets organisations put AI agents to work on their own processes and knowledge, with their teams in control. It includes ArchyAgents and products built on the platform, such as ArchyPress and ArchyAssistant.

Archy is a product with its own site and sales. Our services are separate: you can work with us without using Archy, and use Archy without our services. If you use both, we help your teams adopt it and reach quality results sooner.
